Installing the Android download
- Open the download on your Android phone and tap Install.
- If Android asks, allow your browser to install apps (Settings → Apps → Special access → Install unknown apps), then go back and install. Play Protect may warn about an app from outside Google Play: choose Install anyway.
- Open the app. The chat server address is already filled in: tap Connect, then sign in with your team email and password.
- Tap the bell to go On duty and allow notifications.

A newer download installs over the old app and keeps your sign-in.
